This drink gave Joe Strummer & the boys the bollocks to become rock & roll’s greatest band.Muddled lime, Ginger-infused vodka, Cointreau, grapefruit juice, & Ginger beer.
Strawberry Springshot $6/$9
Spring out of winter with this strawberry sling! House-infused strawberry vodka with muddled lemon and mint. Served as a martini or shot.
The Eunice Parker $10
Eunice Parker lived in this very building, the Dakota Hotel, back in the 1920’s. She got drunk a lot. Muddled cucumber, lime, and fresh ginger blended with Hendricks gin, Angostura bitters, & rosemary ginger syrup.
The Betty White $8
Renowned sloppy drunk and Golden Girl, Betty White, has lovingly pickled her liver in this fizzy delight. Champagne, Chambord, Elderflower liqueur and a dash of plum bitters. Served in a chilled wine glass with lemon twist.
The Rainier Valley $9
Hennessy and House-infused Vanilla brandy cruise Rainier Ave. with their pal, Tuaca (Italian citrus/vanilla brandy). Chocolate and cherry bitters join the party at Ferdinand Street. Chilled in a brandy snifter.

A meta-refreshing, taste-bud tantalizing, tart tequila tipple. A margarita with Arandes Tequila, Sicilian blood-orange juice, & turbinado simple syrup.

The preferred cocktail of Earnest Hemingway’s undead corpse. Goslings dark rum, lime, bitters, mint, and agave syrup shaken, strained, then topped with champagne.

This mouth-watering Bayou specialty combines Old Overholt rye, Antica sweet vermouth, Benedictine and a dash of Peychauds bitters served up in an absinthe-rinsed glass.
